Where are you located?

We’re located at 10120 Forest Hill Blvd- right off 441 in front of the Wellington mall! We share our beautiful space with the one and only Candid Coffee Co. πŸ’œ

Does your menu change every monthly?

Yes and no! The themed Pastry Box changes monthly, along with extra goodies, but select items will always be on the menu, such as our Everything Bagel Scones and Banana Coffee Cake. .

We try to bake with the season and provide treats that match. That item you LOVED last fall? It might go away in the spring, but trust us, it’ll be back.

When did Anna Bakes open?

Anna Bakes began in the Summer of 2020 from home! After 2+years of baking and growing, we have found a wonderful location with Candid Coffee. Now we can provide you with not just sweets, but delicious coffee, too!! πŸ˜€

How long do the pastries stay fresh and how should I store them?

Like most freshly baked products, its recommended to enjoy within the first 1-4 days. However, products should stay good for up to 1 week. The fridge is best for storing the majority of the Anna Bakes items.

Do you offer desserts for events/ parties?

ABOUT US

Anna Bakes was founded in the Summer of 2020. What started as a weekend themed pasty box transformed into a full-blown menu of scones, savory hand pies, cakes and more. Operating under the Florida Cottage Law allowed Anna Bakes to operate directly from their home bakery. After 2 years of treats and home baking, Anna Bakes moved into the Wellington space with Candid Coffee! Come on by! Rumor has it we go together like coffee and cake πŸ’ž

ABOUT ANNA

It’s no secret that Anna has a deep love for baking- especially for others. Growing up baking from home led her to Johnson & Wales University, where she received degrees in Baking & Pastry as well as Food Service Management. Working at Zak the Baker and Salty Donut while in school inspired Anna to eventually open up her own concept. Upon graduating and studying abroad, she went back to her roots in Lake Worth, where she would work at the Breakers hotel and Aioli Bakery. All of these opportunities led to the opening of Anna Bakes full time in the Summer of 2020.
