Are you interested in making sourdough at home but have no idea where to start!? We got you! This is a 3 hour, hands on class led by baker Lyndsae Wang who makes ALL of her sourdough at home. You will leave with confidence, skills and of course: bread!
What the ticket includes:
🍞 Your very own sourdough starter to take home
🍞 A sourdough recipe + method of production
🍞 The knowledge of mixing and folding your dough
🍞 How to bake sourdough in a home oven
🍞 A loaf that you’ll make in this class (but bake at home!)
🍞 Sips & Snacks during our baking breaks
What the ticket does NOT include:
🚫 A bread basket. To bake bread at home, you will need a bread baking basket. PLEASE order a basket or bring yours with you to class. If you don’t bring one, we will have them for purchase day of class.
🚫 If you’d like to bring beer or wine to drink during class, please do!
🚫 A kitchen food scale to take home. We will be sharing our bakery scales during class. If you have your own, please bring with you!
